Make Time for Profits
In businesses of any size, how worktime is used can be the key that unlocks profits and success. We live and work in a world where we’re assaulted by interruptions – alarms ring, cell phones sing, and electronic screens flash constantly with messages of “UTMOST IMPORTANCE”. No wonder we get to the end of a workday and think: “Did I get anything done today?”
When days get hectic, projects are pushed to the side or totally thrown overboard. One of the first to go is marketing strategy and tactical planning. Without a strategy, calendar, and budget, businesses do nothing at all or become prey to media outlets selling quick deals for ad space or time. Maybe that bargain ad in a local paper or digital ad network will start your phone ringing, but probably not.
